Andrew Alliston

Attorney

Prior to attending law school, Andrew pursued a career in aviation. Through this process, he achieved a Commercial Certificate with a multi-engine and instrument rating, managed a small Fixed Base Operator, served as a Corporate Pilot, and taught others to fly. As a Certified Flight Instructor, Andrew learned to take complicated aviation concepts and make them easy to understand for his students. Similarly, as an attorney, Andrew breaks down complex estate planning issues and communicates them to clients in plain English. He is an expert at spotting issues that impact the client and their planning goals.

Andrew received his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law) and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. He also graduated with a B.A. in English from the University of Kentucky.

Andrew initially served as in-house counsel for a privately held company. His practice focused on asset protection, which entailed extensive business entity formation. Additionally, Andrew garnered considerable experience in the review, interpretation, and explanation of legal matters and documents to the client.

Andrew and his family live in McKinney and are active members of Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church. Andrew enjoys flying airplanes and riding his motorcycle through the Texas countryside.
