1st Estate Planning Welcomes Amira O’Neal to the Team

As a firm focused on providing the best estate planning and asset protection services to clients in the DFW, 1st Estate Planning is excited to announce that we have expanded our lineup again with the addition of paralegal Amira O’Neal.

Practicing in the areas of Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Probate and Guardianship, Amira will help us ensure that our projects proceed on or ahead of schedule and that we can remain responsive to clients at all times.

Diverse Educational Background

Amira delved into an array of academic pursuits at Arizona State University, earning her bachelor’s degrees in Political Science, History, and Italian in May of 2021. After graduation, she continued her studies to earn her paralegal certification at the University of Arizona in December of 2021.

During her time at ASU, Amira cultivated her lifelong love of learning through extensive research projects, studied abroad in San Severino, Italy, and became fluent in Italian.

Affinity for the Legal Field

First drawn to the legal field while studying Constitutional History and World Politics, Amira interned for Arizona’s 5th Congressional District. She developed her legal writing skills writing case briefs and abstracts and has been excited to put her skills to use researching and drafting documents for clients.

Before moving to Texas, Amira prepared exhibits, drafted demand letters and disclosure statements, filed insurance claims, and assisted in mediation and client meetings for a legal team in Arizona.

Active Life in the Community

Amira and her husband, Elijah, worship with the Prestoncrest Church of Christ, and enjoy being active members of the young couples’ ministry. In her free time, Amira loves to bake, host events, and spend quality time with her friends and family.
