Growing up in North Texas, Robert graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in historic Nacogdoches, where he met his wife, Leah. He earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Political Science, before setting his sights on law school. After obtaining his J.D. from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, Robert moved back home to Texas, where he is licensed to practice law and an active member of the State Bar of Texas.
With 12 years of legal experience, Robert is adept at advising business owners and professionals, helping to carefully plan for and achieve strategic business, growth, and succession goals, with a keen focus on identifying and mitigating risk along the way. His practice focuses 100% on estate planning and asset protection. Robert has a distinctive ability to identify and understand each client’s unique needs, risks, and goals. Through clear communication, coupled with a significant educational component based on individual circumstances, Robert provides to clients the tools needed to protect their assets and their families, and to effectively plan for their future.
Robert and his family live in McKinney, Texas, and attend Prestonwood Baptist Church in Prosper. Robert loves camping and boating with family, and enjoys playing tennis with his two boys.
