The information we are requesting provides a comprehensive picture of your personal and financial situation. We believe your decision to investigate your estate planning options shows that you are serious about protecting yourself and your loved ones. Scott Anderson can meet with only a limited number of clients, so we work to ensure that each person who consults with him is a good fit for his practice.

Therefore, we begin the investment with a one-time initial consultation fee of $450, which you paid as part of our scheduling process. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you would let us know as soon as possible.

If you cancel your appointment with more than two business days’ notice, we will retain a $50 cancellation fee, but we will refund the balance to you. If you cancel within two business days, the $450 is non-refundable.
