Scott M. Anderson

Scott M. Anderson is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. During his service to his country, he worked in military intelligence as a Russian Linguist and held a cryptographic clearance (higher than top-secret). He was meritoriously promoted to Non-Commissioned Officer status. He also was selected twice for Marine of the month and once for Marine of the Quarter.

Scott is a graduate of the College of English at The Ohio State University, where he was a student in the honors program and became a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. He also is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law. During his final year in law school, he was elected the President of his class. Since establishing his practice, he has represented clients in Texas and 27 other states. His practice is focused 100% upon estate planning and asset protection matters.

He speaks frequently to public and private audiences. Several of his articles have been published in local newspapers and professional periodicals. Scott also has been featured on “talk radio” regarding estate planning and asset protection.

He has been selected as a member of the “National Registry of Who’s Who” and the “Association of Outstanding Professionals.”

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of a local YMCA and as well as a member of the board of directors of the local chamber of commerce and the United Way. He also has served as the Vice-President of a downtown business association.

He is an active member of Crosspoint Church in McKinney, Texas and is the proud father of six children.
